What I’m building.

My day job is running VisualSP — a software company helping enterprises actually get value out of the Microsoft platforms they’ve already paid for. Here’s the short version.

VisualSP

In-app guidance and digital adoption for Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Copilot.

Most enterprises buy Microsoft licenses and assume training will close the gap between “we have it” and “people are using it.” It doesn’t. The gap closes when help shows up inside the product, at the moment of confusion, in the language of the actual work being done.

That’s what VisualSP is. We layer contextual walkthroughs, tips, videos, and announcements directly inside Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Copilot, and other enterprise applications. Users get exactly what they need exactly when they need it. Administrators see what’s working and what’s not. Adoption numbers actually move.

We work with mid-size and enterprise organizations across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, government, and education. If your organization is rolling out Copilot — or anything else on the Microsoft stack — and you’re worried about adoption, this is what we built.

Strategic advisory

Beyond VisualSP, I take a small number of advisory engagements each year with organizations that are serious about getting Copilot and AI to actually work. This is hands-on work — strategy, adoption planning, executive alignment — not a deck and a flyover. Limited availability.

Board roles

I serve on boards where I can genuinely move the needle on AI strategy, product direction, or go-to-market for organizations operating in the Microsoft ecosystem. If you’re considering me for one, get in touch.
